I was born in Kingston, Jamaica before immigrating to England in the 60’s.

My journey into the art world began as a love of sketching in my teens. Over the years my passion grew, and since retirement, has evolved into an artistic specialism centred around my perceptions of people and scenes from multicultural journeys and experiences.

Now, as an amateur self-taught artist I gain inspiration from my travels to some of the most fascinating places throughout the Caribbean, America, Africa & Europe.

I developed a passion for photography and began to transition some of my photos into landscape and portrait paintings. I also create imagined portraits, realism abstracts as well as a range of vivid abstract originals.
